Information you provide. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content. We do not require an account to use any tool on this site.

Calculator inputs. The values you enter into calculators and tools on this site are processed locally in your browser. We do not transmit calculator inputs to our servers. We do not store, log, or have access to the clinical or personal values you enter into any tool.

2. How we use information

We use automatically collected data to: understand site traffic patterns, identify technical errors, improve tool performance, and measure the effectiveness of content. We use contact form submissions to respond to your message. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Google AdSense). Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the site. Advertising cookies are used by Google to serve relevant advertisements.

6. Health and clinical data

Calculator results exist only in your browser session and are lost when you close the tab.

Do not enter patient-identifiable information into any tool on this site. These tools are designed for general clinical reference, not for storing or processing identified patient records.

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. Analytics data is retained as per Google Analytics default settings (26 months). We do not retain calculator input data because we do not collect it.

8. Your rights

9. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, contact us at admin@rxtoolspro.com and we will delete it.
